Hi Tony,
I'm purchasing a home in Cleve., Ohio, and was just talking to a realtor about this subject a few days ago... She explained that the Banks assign homes to realtors to list and the realtor hires the clean-out people for their houses... They also hire people for any repairs (plumbing, landscaping, etc...) the Bank is having done...

Check with Realtors in your area (networking is a good idea)... Maybe offer some free services (grass cutting, etc..)to get your foot in the door...

Best of luck,
R. Lorand Jackson
