- Roll out to Loan Producer customers completes implementation of business intelligence tools for all FICS users -

Financial Industry Computer Systems, Inc. (FICS®), a mortgage technology specialist that provides in-house residential origination and servicing technology and commercial servicing technology to the mortgage industry, announced the recent roll out of BusinessObjectsä Enterprise Professional (BOE) and Crystal Reports® XI to users of its residential loan origination system, Loan Producer®.

This roll out completes the final phase of FICS’ implementation project that consisted of three phases. BusinessObjects Enterprise Professional and Crystal Reports XI are now utilized by FICS’ Commercial Servicer® customers, Mortgage Servicer ä customers and now users of its Loan Producer system.

The business intelligence tools from Business Objects, an SAP company and the world's leading provider of business intelligence (BI) solutions, replace CA., Inc.’s EUREKA:Reporter™. Crystal Reports XI, part of the BusinessObjects™ XI platform, delivers easy report design, simple report maintenance and data access.

“The final roll out of the new business intelligence tools allows all our clients to take advantage of the solutions that will enable them to succeed in today’s challenging lending arena,” said Susan Graham, president of FICS. “Our customers will greatly benefit from the time and efficiency savings the Business Objects solutions offer. This enhancement is an example of how FICS strives to ensure our customers are outfitted with the best tools to manage their business.”
